Employee/Labor-Management
Relations
We are very experienced
at providing assistance on a wide range of employee
and labor relations issues and work closely with our
clients to secure a more positive and productive workforce
through improved labor-management relations. Due to
our expertise we can work "in the back room" or sit
at the table and act as chief spokesperson for labor
contract negotiations. We will analyze data; coordinate
the bargaining process and structure proposals and issues
in order to guide management to successful conclusions.
We are available for ongoing consultation of grievances
or other contract administration issues. We provide
management training aimed at creating positive employee
relations in order to maintain a union free environment
along with education regarding employment law to reduce
the risk of costly consequences for failing to comply
with state and federal laws.
