We provide a full HR Department Audit designed to assess the systems and processes in place to provide effective HR Policies and Procedures, Skills Analysis of HR personnel, Recruitment and Retention Strategies, New Employee Orientation program, Employee Relations/Morale Improvement, suitable and compliant Employee Handbook and Policy Manual. The audit compares your current practices to what needs to be done in accordance with state and federal legislation. This audit can be a real eye opener for those who are not in compliance as well as reinforcement of what is or is not being done. Subsequently we would make and, if desired, implement recommendations that are found beneficial.

Employee/Labor-Management Relations
